This restoration project in Hinckley, Leicestershire, carried out during the summer, demonstrates how careful remedial work and high-quality upgrades can breathe new life into an older property while preserving its character.

The work included roof and chimney repairs, ensuring the property remained watertight and structurally sound. We also carried out fascia and gutter replacements, improving both functionality and appearance, while helping to prevent future water ingress.

One of the key aspects of this project was the removal of the deteriorated render, which was replaced with a modern, flexible render system. This not only refreshed the façade visually but also provided improved durability and weather resistance.

To complete the transformation, we installed new flush casement windows, offering a clean, traditional aesthetic with modern performance, and carried out masonry upgrades to improve stability and appearance across various sections of the property.
